Quality Over Quantity
Intermittently, we offer horses for sale that have been through our training program. There are three categories of horses that we sell: All-Around Riding Horses, Performance Prospects, and Client-Owned Horses.
All-Around Riding Horses
Our All-Around Riding Horses are essentially the ultimate equine partner: Safe, willing, trained exclusively by SPH, and versatile enough to excel in numerous directions. Hannah personally selects each horse based on their temperament and conformation, with the purpose of training them to be a dependable riding horse that anyone can enjoy. While each horse varies somewhat in personality, athleticism, and age, they each have the same solid foundation on the ground and under-saddle, as well as extensive mileage and experience in a multitude of environments.
Performance Prospects
We offer a select number of performance prospects each year bred and trained specifically for reining, reined cow horse, and barrel racing. Each prospect has been started under-saddle with our signature foundation, and then advanced in their discipline with the goal of creating a confident and solid athlete without sacrificing longevity.
Client-Owned Horses
On occasion, we have clients who will consign their horse with us or decide to sell a horse while it is in training. While we do not handpick these horses, we are very upfront about their background, level of training, temperament, and which disciplines they would be best suited for.
